Meals-on-wheels, business lunches, institutional gala or ephemeral cuisine for events, La French Cuisine offers its know-how for all types of parties from 2 to 200 people in the South region and beyond.

Without standard formulas, we adapt our services to your needs: from the private Chef for a romantic dinner to the catering for producers on a film set. 

Concerning the Menu, you keep the control. By listening to your tastes and expectations, we establish suggestions with our Chef and we design with you, the Menu that suits you in order to create your own unique reception.

A CHEF IN CHARGE

From the selection of the suppliers to the recipes elaboration, from the production to the « Mise en place », the Chefs of La French Cuisine are the guarantors of your event’s gastronomic line. They come dressed with their jackets and aprons and they cook in front of your guests, give information about the dishes, the ingredients and give some advices and details.“With a Chef on the spot, catering becomes an exchange and entertainment point”.  

Just as a live cooking, our Chefs naturally participate in the life of your reception, by making gastronomy, the starting point of the discussions and interactions. The availability of a Chef during your event is a guarantee of proximity and that’s proper to our own vision of the customer relationship.

Besides the presence of our Chef and of an attentive team, our lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions or buffets of small bites, invite the guests for standing up and discussing over flavours, colours, associations and textural play. Designed to change cooking into a convivial moment, our services place the gastronomy into an exchange dynamic, to share freely.
